Many,Many updates.Hi-Efficient Furnace and Air in 2014. Newer carpet and fresh paint. Newer sliding door to deck that overlooks open rear yard.This unit had upgraded cabinets when built. Bedroom down could be nice sized family room. Other room 1 is office or small den. Have to see this unit to appreciate the wonderful condition,etc. Washer and dryer remain(work fine but not warranted).
