    What's special

9/29/2014 Located on the West side of the Historic Canton, Mississippi Square, this fantastic two story retail building once was home to Perlinsky Taylor Shop. The celebrated original Siamese twins, Chang and Eng, once ordered two custom suits from Perlinsky's Tailor Shop. Much of the original ornate cabinetry is still in place and in very good condition. The breezeway features glass walk in displays and ornate mosaic tile. The Perlinsky building has updated electrical service, a new roof and is generally in great condition. The first floor space is ready to occupy and is currently occupied by "Market Place on The Square", a unique gift shop boutique that seems to be doing very well in this location. The second floor is accessed via spiral staircase from inside the store, great for additional storage or could be finished into living area or a very cool "Man Cave". The Canton Square seems poised for a "renaissance" in the near future making this historic building a great buy.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
