Lot already comes with power, water and septic, so no space rental. You own the lots! Water is $690 annually and HOA is only $20 annually. Nice 6’ fence installed in 2025 for privacy. Mailbox is conveniently across the road. We are also located near the Clearwater River, known for the Steelhead and Salmon runs and approximately 26 miles from Dworschak Reservoir .
