Bedroom is 11.5 by 12.5 with excellent morning light. A full mattress and bed frame and small desk with comfy office chair can be included or removed, whichever you prefer. Closet in room, 6 ft wide. New tub in the bathroom and the kitchen is spacious with a shelf for you in our pantry/closet. Your roomies are a licensed optician and and art teacher at a local school. Your non-human roomie is a gray, fluffy, affectionate cat! Our best feature is our location; we're a short walk from Central Square which gives you access to the train and many buses, as well as shops, restaurants and music venues. Aside from 1st month's rent, the only fee is the application fee which at last check was 150. No cigarette smoking indoors. We are ok with someone who can only stay until the summer, although 1 year is preferred. It is best to get a Cambridge parking permit which will only cost $25 for 1 year. (Parking for the parking lot in front of the building is an 200 a month.)
