custom built older home....features cedar/blonde brick combo. lots of decking downstairs and upstairs facing open water. new tile in all baths and kitchen which has large island. roomy downstairs adapts well to open living. sunken fireplace area. its only fair to tell you the upstairs air conditioner needs some attention. downstairs one is fine.
