Pioneer Mountain Lodge is 3 one bedroom apartments that we use for nightly rental. While the fourth unit is a 2 bedroom apartment with a shop and a laundry mat attached to it . We have been using the apartments for nightly lodging since 2006. We have a well established clientele. Additional amenities are shop that could become another business, a 16*12 green house, a 16*16 laundry mat with extra storage shelves plus 3 washers/dryers and a hot tub.
