Renters are usually very surprised at size inside. From outside it doesn't seem so big! New floors have been installed this past summer. A new washer/dryer set were recently installed. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 4 queen beds. Also bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a small bedroom with single bed. The kitchen is large and equipped with most anything you should need. Full size refrigerator/freezer and extra refrigerator by back door. Comfortable living room that includes an electric fireplace. The house is equipped with water softener. Showers give you excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. Owner pays for all utilities. Pets are not allowed. There are 4 queen beds and a single bed. Leases are a month to month. Parking on property by rental or on street. When exiting if you could put laundry by washer it would be appreciated. And dishes in fish washer and turn it on. You can pull sheets but if no time we will take care of it. Thank you
