I have a very nice, cozy single person apartment available for rent in the basement of my home. It will be available in early June. The location is quiet and safe; a solid home owner neighborhood located in the Overlea/Parkville area, off Belair Road; 5 minutes from the 695 Beltway. There are several shopping centers located within a couple of miles of the home. The apartment is fully furnished (full size bed, bureaus, couch, etc ) and includes a television, a full kitchen including microwave and full size refrigerator and freezer, a washer and dryer, heat and air conditioning. It has wall to wall carpeting. There is a full bathroom with a shower and there is a large walk-in closet. The apartment has a separate, private entrance. All utilities (water, gas and electric) are included in the rent. Also included with the apartment is Wi-Fi internet service. This apartment is a completely separate, private, fully equipped living space. It is in like-new condition. Parking is on the street in front of the house. This apartment is for one tenant only. The person I am looking for must be quiet and respectful, must have decent credit, proof of adequate income and character references. I do not accept housing vouchers and this apartment is for one tenant only. This is a no-smoking home. I will consider including a pet (one only) on an individual basis. The rent is $700 per month and a $700 damage deposit is required. Water, electricity, WiFi, trash pickup is included in the rent, cable TV service is not provided but is available, no smoking inside the apartment, a pet may be allowed, parking on the street in front of the home. This apartment is for on person only. I do not accept housing vouchers.
