Our application process can be done all online. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we are not able to conduct live tours at the moment. Instead, we are directing people to our website to view the photos and floor plans. In order to successfully submit your online application, you MUST upload photo I.D., social security card, and (4) weeks of paystubs (or other proof of income). The processing of all applications will be within seven (7) business days. If at the end of the 7th business day all application information is not obtained and verified, the application will be denied, and all fees and deposits will be forfeited. Once an application is approved, the balance of the escrow (security) deposit is due within five (5) days of the approval to continue to reserve your apartment. If the balance of the escrow deposit is not received within five (5) days, the application will be considered cancelled and the $300 holding deposit will be forfeited with the unit being placed back into marketable status.
