Quaint starter home that has been given a lot of love in remodeling the interior. Total bathroom redone. Kitchen was updated before we moved in and was nice to begin with. New air conditioning system installed in 2008. New plumbing installed through the whole house in 2007. New updated windows through out the whole house. New back door, new updated paneling walls in the bedrooms. This house has been totally redone on the inside and the outside has been almost fully completed with the siding. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is coming along with improvements all the time. I enjoyed living in this area. It is a very mixed area with all different ranges of homes from inexpensive, to historic, and new home development. The beaches are breath taking.....
