Community pool, playground and playset. Great family environment. Low crime and great neighbors with a lot of care for their homes. NOTE: CHECK THE COMPS, ZILLOW IS VERY LOW. Last summer they said the house was worth $310k (which was unrealistically high) and now they say it has dropped by $70k in 7 months? The problem may be that the forclosures in nearby Countryside (which I, and many realtors I have spoken to believe is not as nice of a community, and does not have the build quality of the Estridge homes in Centennial) are depressing the figures. Zillow's site shows no comparable sales but I have that data and most are in the $305 to $325k range. I can provide as needed.
