Space is set up for one person and is fully furnished including all kitchen supplies and linens. Unit has a private entry and a private side yard. It has a kitchenette- perfect for light cooking and meal prep. It is very clean and well maintained. It does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat nearby. I will be scheduling tours ONLY to people who have submitted an application and passed the background and credit check. The current tenant is moving out this week and I would like to have it rented in July with a minimum of a 6 month lease and a maximum of a 12 month lease. Owner pays all utilities including wifi (all utilities included in the rent). No pets or smoking. Owner is allergic to cats and most dogs and is very allergic to smoke. Credit check and rental application required- we prefer to do this through Zillow. With your Zillow application, we get a credit check and background check, which is essential for the vetting process of potential tenants. We cannot proceed with tours without that information. We will be showing it Saturday this week and next week.
