Private room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house on James Island, with a fenced in backyard and two car garage available immediately. You would be sharing a bathroom with me, a female in my early thirties, the other roommate has his own bathroom and is a male in his early forties. I work remotely, and he works in the hospitality industry, so is typically gone nights. We are both very clean, respectful, quiet people. We have lived together for five years, the only reason our third roommate recently left is because he moved in with his significant other. There is already a dog in the house, so no more pets, please. Rent is $875/month plus utilities, and we do require a security deposit equal to one month's rent to move in (so an additional $875). Please feel free to message me with any questions, but be aware, if you have situation-specific questions (poor credit history, eviction, etc), we will require you to fill out a FREE application to submit to our landlord and he can make decisions from there.
