The room comes furnished but if you have your own furniture the home furniture can be removed. Tenant will have their own private bathroom. It is newly remodeled. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are completely furnished and stocked with all necessary items to be used by tenant. There will be ample cupboard space and refrigerator space for food and drinks. There is a fridge / freezer in the Arizona room for back-up bulk foods to be used by the tenant and landlord. The tenant will have room for linens and towels also. Towels and bedding are not included with rent. Tenant must supply these things. The mattress does come with a top cover for comfort. The room does have a ceiling fan and air conditioner is new so you will remain comfortable. Tenant will have an included covered parking space for their use (carport). Wonderful access to a heated community pool. Pool is hot all winter also. Lease is 3 months (not 1 months) followed by month to month. All utilities included except phone and cable. Landlord stream TV which tenant may share. Landlord can change streaming companies anytime. Rental payments are monthly, paid on the 1st of each month. Late payments incur a $35 fee per day until rent is paid. This is a 55+ community. Proof of employment must be shared with landlord prior to move in. No criminal activities are allowed.
