It is an adorable, clean vintage and highly functional space with kitchen, deck with private yard, safe parking off of the street, completely furnished and stocked with anything you might need, and plenty of peace and quiet. Cottage is close to main house but very private. Cottage has it's own small fenced yard, but if you have a dog- I have an acre for a happy dog run if supervised and I have gates closed.
