Additional $25 per month per pet added to rent for wear and tear on the house. No smoking in the house. Home has a separately rented back house on the property. This home is completely separate from main house. Each has their own fenced in backyard and separate parking and entrances. The two properties have separate electricity bills but share water/sewer/garbage. Garbage is split 50/50 and water/sewer is split 2/3 to the main house (listed for rent here) and 1/3 to the back property. This is based on occupancy and bedrooms for each house.
