The mobile home park I'm in right now is closing therefore I am trying to sell my mobile home ASAP. I don't have the money to move it so I have no other option. It's currently valued at $44,506 by the NADA guide, so I am willing to work on the price. It has new carpet in the master bed and bath, wood blinds in every room, and new water faucet in the kitchen. I am also including the vinyl siding/skirting, the steps to front and back doors, and the a/c unit. I have also added on the R.O. water unit in the kitchen that I had put in, along with solar screens to the outside of all the windows ($800 value). These screens make the house energy efficient (heat out in summer, cold out in winter). Home is 3 bed/2 bath. Master has separate tub and shower and double vanity. 1,292 square feet. Tons of storage in kitchen and entryway of home. I put in a wood cabinet in both bathrooms for towels, linens, etc. All rooms (master, living room, and both back bedrooms) have ceiling fans installed. And a huge cabinet is drilled into the wall in the hallway for linens also. Will be having the carpets professionally steam cleaned once I get all of my items out of the home. Due to the situation in this trailer park, the home does need to be moved somewhere else. If you have land or could take it to a different park, I know quite a few have spots, even in the Greenwood district.
