House is being sold "as is". Very new windows and roof. Seller was in the process of remodeling and found a leak in the slab. Water is turned off at the meter. Leak/pluming will need to be capped off and rerouted. Home needs new flooring in hallway where leak was. Very small amount of sheet rock needs to be replaced and over all flooring in the rest of the home should be replaced not because of leak but just wear and tear.
