The tenant is responsible to follow the HOA community guidelines. There is a replacement fee for any lost house, gate, garage door, TV remotes or pool keys. The tenant is required to fill out an application and background check. The first month's rent, plus a $2200 security deposit is due at the time of signing the lease. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $100. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be removed from the security deposit at the end of the lease.
