The bedroom has a queen bed with a closet, en-suite full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy unwinding in the private wood patio complete with a sitting area and comfortable hammock. Our guesthouse would be perfect for a traveling nurse or professional in the city for a few months! Background and credit checks are required and paid for by the potential tenant. Lease minimum is 31 days, and will need to be signed for a specific amount of time. No sublet allowed.
