More space than any two people need, but not, necessarily, more than you want - I certainly won't judge. Fabulous open floor plan (perhaps rollerblading in the great room? - I still won't judge (please wear your wrist guards)). Gardener's paradise, fruit trees galore, cactus beyond imagination - You won't find this stuff in Minnesota. High-end stainless appliances, wood laminate flooring throughout (except where there is not- tile in those places), separate den, wonderful guest room, almost new A/C, cathedral ceilings, immense rear patio, and jetted tub to relieve some of those muscle strains in case the rollerblading doesn't go as well as you'd hoped. Wonderful home in an even more wonderful location. Southwest living at its finest!
