This house is a greater starter home for either a young couple or those with young children. The partially finished basement is a great playroom. There is tons of storage in the basement. The house has been loved and lived in! Neighborhood Description Living in Saint Ann is small town living at its best, but never removed from anything. One of the city's many parts is within walking distance with a beautiful pool for the residents. The neighbors are a close knit bunch. The gentleman on one side of us has been here since the houses were built. There are lots of children in the area that attend the many available schools, both public and private. You are close to everything!
