    Please do not come to the property without speaking to us. We've had problems with people wanting to rent just coming in and wandering around, please don't do this. Tours will be starting the first week of January. There is an electronic gate and we highly discourage people from just walking onto the property. (It has been a problem in the past.) There are two large bedrooms with one smaller one that can easily be converted to a home office or study. Fiber optic and other forms of internet, telephone, and cable, although not included are available. No satellite required TV required. New flooring, refurbished bathroom, and many extras. There is plenty of room for a garden and good soil. Smoking is allowed outside as long as no debris finds its way onto the grounds. Animals welcomed on a case by case basis. The tenant is responsible for upkeep of the flower beds, electricity, internet, cable, pest control, and water conditioner as well as replacing the air conditioner filter. There are some things yet to do on the home but nothing that interferes with living there. The porch needs work (in progress) and it will be re-roofed as soon as it clears the insurance company. Lawn care is provided.
