We are so excited to have found our first home after getting married last summer and being cooped up in our small apartment for the last year! We are looking forward to getting a dog to play in our huge fenced back yard, and have already started filling our flower beds with mounds of color! While we have lots of decorating ideas, and are looking forward to updating the kitchen and bathrooms, we love that all of the most pressing work has been done, including new, freshly painted wood siding outside, a freshly painted interior, and professionally cleaned tile floors thoughout the house. We also like that the AC is only 3 years old and the roof, although 13 years old, should last another 10 years according to our inspection. The original windows and HWH have also been replaced ( See Sup)
