Looking for a solo female roommate for a 2 bed, 2 bath in Arvada. You get your own private bedroom (11ft x10ft) with a really nice view of a tree outside your window (nicer when it has leaves!) and bathroom. Room is available immediately The room will be unfurnished. Landlord has not increased rent year to year as of yet. Rent includes all fees (water, trash, parking). We will split electric (your share usually $50-100) and internet and renters insurance (your share $15 for both internet and insurance). Security deposit is $950 and the lease is month to month. This apartment is awesome and I love living here! There is a ton of living space and a really nice balcony, especially when the tree right outside has leaves. We have in unit laundry, a dishwasher, central AC and heat and are top floor. Parking is a breeze and it is a very quiet area. The unit is split level, and the main living space is on a separate floor from the bedrooms. I am currently working on furnishing this room, so it is not pictured as it's changing every day right now. I have a 60" TV and am planning on leaving some space open for yoga/movement/dance/flex space. Ideally, I am looking for a roommate who works outside the home. I teach ballroom and Latin dance for a living and work mostly evenings, so if you work daytime outside the home, we will both have a good amount of time in the apartment ourselves. No pets please. I have a cat who loves people, but unfortunately hates other animals. She is very friendly and will snuggle and love you. My name is Jen and I love the outdoors and love to be creative. I hike, run, climb (though I have a toe injury right now), cross country ski, and enjoy camping and backpacking as well. I love live music and the local arts scene too! I am a quiet roommate and am an outgoing introvert, so I need my alone time, but I would also love to have a roommate who I can grow to be very good friends with.
