This room is primary room of the house. It has a private bathroom, with shower. This room comes with desk, dresser, queen size bed, large closet. You will have access to common rooms Kitchen, Living room/dining room, Den, in house laundry area. We furnish utilities, WiFi, lawn care, pest control services, trash service, and 1 time a week cleaning service for common areas. This is a mid term rental at least 30 days, no more than 9 months. It is great for traveling nurses, remote workers, business workers. No smoking, vaping, e-cig inside. This can be done on the front porch only. No pets, except service dogs. We can do a long term or a mid term lease. We pay utilities, internet, trash service, lawn care, and cleaning service (for common rooms). $40 application fee, please reach out to me for link. $150 cleaning fee.
