This is a quaint lovely apartment located in one of the older Macon historic homes. It is just across from Mercer Law School. It has its' own entrance and there is plenty of off street parking in back. There is also a large garden area in the back and side of the house. The bathroom and living room area have new LVP flooring, and the bedroom has new carpet. Also, there is a new washer/dryer combo unit, a new fridge, and an almost new dishwasher.. They're quite nice. This is an excellent place for a professional or student looking for a quiet, peaceful environment. The brick patio is a bit dated, but it is also a nice feature... An additional person would require an additional $300 for the deposit, an additional $200 move in fee, and an additional of $200 for the monthly rent. Two renters max. A small dog is ok with a $300 fee and $40/mo. pet rent. I may be willing to accept a cat, but must be discussed... Contact by phone or text is preferred. Other messaging may be missed..
