The kitchen is my favorite and has a big fridge and a great backsplash. The laundry is also in unit next to the kitchen. The unit comes with a tandem parking spot that fits 2 cars. You would have your own private room and bathroom. There is a big sliding closet in the room as well. Location: The apartment is situated in the heart of Palms which is a 5 minute drive to Downtown Culver, 10 minute drive to Santa Monica, and 11 minute drive to UCLA. The neighborhood is super quiet with little to no noise. Lots of great restaurants near by such as n/naka and The Doughroom. Trader Joe's, Ralphs, and LA Fitness are all just a 2 minute drive away.
