This stunning modular home pictures are not coming out in order but they are of the entire home I'm planning to sell ASAP leave by 7/1/18 Air conditioner Works amazing I have all the paperwork it has been maintenance and is under warranty and the heater is also in the same unit I'm from Florida and I have to explain it I am very good about changing the filters every month but I buy the 3-month filters the only thing that is gas is the stove and it heater everything else is electric bills are minimal! located in a beautiful corner lot in a very pristine and well-kept modular home community! The lot is a nice size the shed was removed for a play area for my three chihuahuas, so there is plenty of room for a shed if needed. I bought it 1 year ago when I came here from South Florida to I love it here and I love this home it was fully remodeled two and a half years ago from the ceilings to the floors! A brand new hot water heater was just put in a week ago with a 6-year warranty everything else in the home including the original Builder paperwork I have state-of-the-art appliances and Cabinetry... two full-size master bath is huge and walk in closet with hidden storage closet with sky light...bathrooms 3 nice size bedrooms as you can see in the Brand new windows were put in there all storm windows The Roof is shingled roof the covered deck I do have the paint to touch it up and anything you need for the home is far as touch up paint curtain hangers and miscellaneous things that the previous owners left me. I'm from South Florida and I need to return there because that is my home and where my life is the reason this home is reduced is because it is priced quick to sell! The park is Country Court Estates it is if you're coming from downtown I am almost all the way to the back will you will see all high-end homes kept Immaculate and very quiet $260 a month is your lot rent that includes sewer water & Trash! It is owned by a major corporation but is run by some amazing people and very well-kept trees everywhere it's just a very nice quiet place to live! Updated stainless steel appliances laminate wood floor carpet is pretty new actually everything in this house is two and a half years old at the oldest to South Florida even though it does have new storm windows and very nice side and it is not a wind Zone 3 so it cannot be insured in South Florida! The park is pet-friendly but they do have unfortunately pitbulls they don't allow unless you make special accommodations for a service animal and certain large breeds they do also not allow convicted felons within 7 years if you have any questions call the office directly there very fair and will work if you but do try to keep this place very nice and quiet! There are a few minor repairs that would have to be done that is why the price is reduced also there's a loose light switch that I actually knocked into the other day, the garbage disposal can be tricky it may need something I'm not exactly sure because I'm a single woman and I'm not candy and then there's another light fixture above the kitchen sink I used too high of a watt bulb so it just has to be fixed the guy that works here said they're all very minor I am just not going to fix those things so I would definitely bring somebody with you. Can look at every those three things! I am on a time frames I do have to sell within a week then that will have to give me 30 days to get my Affairs in order to go back to Florida I will transfer you the title and we will sign an agreement for the remainder of the time so time is of the essence cash talks it is only a cash deal no financing!
