My beautiful northern Michigan property sits on 4.5 acres. No immediate neighbors but great families in the vicinity and miles of trails that are full of life. Mostly hardwoods (maple and oak) cover the property. Upgraded double pane windows throughout has been a big plus. Runs on propane but I have only needed to fill the tank once a year. All utilities are hooked up to the home: heat, water, septic, electric. Also has a chicken coop with a few chickens and some garden beds with room for lots more. The lake is only about a mile away and many scenic routes within a few miles with my favorite being the lighthouse just three miles down the road that also connects to the bike path which takes you another seven miles to town. The garage/workshop is insulated and powered and has been my smithy for eight years and if anyone is interested in that sort of thing i'll leave some tools for you.
