Spacious (approximately 500sq feet) studio apartment with FULL KITCHEN: -Stove -Fridge -Sink with garbage disposal -Ample kitchen counter space The apartment also features: -2 walk-in closets -Full wall mirror in living room -Hallway with tons of extra space between the living room and bathroom -Shower/Bath -Tandem parking with neighbor's permission Utilities not included. Ours are around $50 per month, but yours will depend on usage. 40 min walk from UCLA, 10 minutes from Sprouts, 5 minutes from Westwood Boulevard and restaurants, shops, etc. 20 minute walk to Westfield Century City. 5-15 minutes by car to 405 and 10 freeways. No adjoining walls with other apartments, so generally very quiet. The only exception is the demolition of the neighboring apartment, which starts at 8am, and ends at 3pm or 4pm. This will be ongoing for the next two months except for Sundays. Additional details about demolition and construction available upon request. As night people, this ruins our sleep, hence needing a sublet. If you're at work during those hours, you might never notice the noise, you'll just get to enjoy the view. Rent is $1595 per month, and the apartment is for a single person, or people with established relationships (married couples, domestic partners, etc).
