Originally built over 110 years ago, we took over the Lodge back in 2015 and have done a lot of renovations to provide modern amenities and comforts, while keeping the age-old charm the Lodge has brought for years. Nestled in the small mountain town of Green Mountain Falls, this boutique lodge features a total of 9 studios across two levels, offering a quiet retreat up the mountain. The Space & Private Kitchenette This comfortable studio features its own private deck, and the Lodge's decks directly overlook the gorgeous, historic Ute Pass valley. Perfect for soaking in the crisp mountain air and enjoying the scenery! The King Studio comes equipped with a highly functional kitchenette to handle all your cooking needs, featuring a 1 or 2 element induction cooktop, a large convection oven/microwave combo (reaching up to 400 F), and a mini-fridge. Need more storage? We can easily upgrade you to an apartment-sized top-freezer refrigerator for an additional $40/month (minimum 6-month lease required). Unbeatable Winter Access & Great Location One of the absolute best advantages of our location is that the property sits directly on the main road running through town and up to the highway. Because it serves as the primary route for local emergency services, this road is among the very first to be consistently plowed after a snowstorm. Furthermore, once the snowstorm has passed, we actively plow the property's driveway and salt the walkways. If you want the beauty of mountain living without the stress of getting stuck in the snow, this is the perfect spot. Availability & Duration: Term: Rental agreement lengths are flexible based on availability, with options extending up to a maximum stay ending on May 17, 2027. Available starting August 17, 2026. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Pet Policy We are pet lovers! Dogs and cats are welcome! To protect the property's finishes, we require that all cats be kept on a regular nail-trimming schedule or utilize 'Soft Paws' (silicone nail caps) Pet Rent: $35/month. Pet Deposit: $300 additional refundable deposit. Smoking Policy: Strictly NO smoking permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed outside. Parking: Off-street parking is available on-property for 1 car. Additional free public parking is available within 100 yards of the property. Mail & Package Delivery: Policy: Standard USPS letter mail cannot be received directly at the property. However, delivery carriers can accept packages directly at the address. Tenants wanting to recieve USPS letter mail will need to open a personal P.O. Box for standard mail at the United States Postal Service in Cascade, located 3.5 miles away (a 5-minute drive). Building Access & Layout: Because this is a beautifully preserved historic building, it does not feature an elevator.
