Hello my husband and I are deciding to RENT OR SELL our home. We previously had it rented and would like to rent it again, once the current tenants lease ends. However we are also open to the possibility of selling. For both selling and renting we do run credit, check for clean rental history, and ask for any proof of income from applicants NO EXCEPTIONS! We are also not financing the home for those looking to purchase. It will be a regular sale with no "rent-to-own" "Owner Financed", or other financing option with our agent. The home is ready for move in ASAP, (as the tenants are ready to vacate home) please DO NOT ask to "hold" the home to rent for a later date, we WILL NOT and will only take applicants who are ready to move in, on a first come first served basis.
