If approved, you may move in on 1 January 2022, and you have the option to renew on 1 July 2022. Utilities (gas, electric, and Wi-Fi/cable) are not included. You, along with the neighbors, are responsible for maintaining the grounds (shoveling, raking leaves out of yard, etc.)
