The home is a short walk to Santa Clara University, and a short drive to some of the area's hottest tech companies. The home is ideal for summer interns coming to the Bay Area for summer assignments. We are conveniently located to SJC airport and Caltrain station for an easy commute to San Francisco. The home was completely remodeled in 2021 and has an in-unit washer/dryer, central HVAC, brand new stainless steel appliances, and hard flooring ideal for pets. The home is available unfurnished or fully furnished with newer furniture, kitchenware, and art. Our listed pricing is for a 12 month unfurnished lease. The home has space for a large RV or two off-street parking spaces in its long driveway. We have been accommodating guests to Silicon Valley for over 10 years and have wonderful references from past tenants that we can put prospective tenants in touch with.
