Brand New Property - Room for rent, in a strictly sober house. This just means no drugs or alcohol are allowed on the property and you can't be under the influence while you're here. This location has a name, we call it Farmhouse Recovery. We are located on a large piece of land, and there is a lake in our backyard. Yes, there are fish in the lake.
Each room is considered a suite. Multiple bathrooms, full kitchens and laundry come in every suite. We currently have multiple suites available. The property is Brand New, meaning you will be our first residents. This property was recently finished 2026 and we are very excited to get people moved in. We have singles and shared rooms available. The cost is a little less for a shared roommate situation, than a single room might be. We have opened this property to support people in recovery, and others such as veterans, and tribal members. Anyone struggling with addiction and who are serious about their recovery are welcome here at the Farmhouse.

We keep things simple. This is a month to month rental agreement. There is no limit on duration of residence. We hope you love the suites and stay for a while. But life has a way of changing our circumstances sometimes and we understand. We do require sobriety at our suites. We have single suites and shared suites. Costs mentioned in post reflect shared suites. We all have the responsibility to keep the environment clean and will delegate house chores when deemed necessary. Manager lives onsite. Initial drug screening will be required when resident moves in. This is a recovery house and their is a certain structure we operate under. More details provided after taking a tour.

Your roommates will be men who are in recovery from Substance Use. Each roommate should be willing to participate in keeping the units clean. Roommates are great here! People are kind, friendly, and dedicated to their recovery.
