We have changed our flooring to hard wood floors in the kitchen, living room and family room. We have updated our bathrooms with new bathtubs, sliding doors and tiles. It has a spacious master bedroom and the common rooms are good size. We have a covered patio and in the backyard, we have a garden for tomatoes and blackberries. We have planted 2 beautiful trees, a Canadian prunus and a white oak which is about 20 to 30 feet by now. Lots of shrubs like hibiscus, golden privets, etc. Neighborhood Description It is on a quiet street, not many cars pass through our area. It has a lot of stores and restaurants nearby like McDonalds, Arbys, Village Inn, Big Lots, Kmart, etc which is 5 min away. Our neighborhood is in the Platte River Ranch and it has the Ken Mitchell Park and a beautiful lake where you can go fishing and some trails to take a walk or jog.
