Grandma's house. Warm an inviting with a newer woodstove centrally located in Cascade, ID. Big Dogs Are welcome as we prefer dogs. Gas heat, wide/deep single car garage with heated shop area plus carport. Rental is month to month; we don't want to lock anyone in. However, this is a long term investment for us, so our plan is to rent it are into the future. Smoking anything in the house or garage is not allowed... at all. We prefer someone with large dogs; their humans make wonderful tenants and we know how hard it is to find a place that will allow pets. Cats are okay too, but not as cool as dogs. We just bought this and are closing on the 23rd, so it won't be available to show until a few days after that once we can clean it up.
