Yes this place is cool and has tons of potential but the gold nugget (in my opinion) is the 30' X 42' pole barn! Many of the homes windows have been updated along with the electric, and there's a wood stove in the living room and a fireplace in the family room plus a HUGE kitchen and the upstairs is like a suite with a killer view of the Lake!
