This property was remodeled in 2023 with new flooring, walls, paint, insulation, lighting, appliances and furnace/AC. The pictures are in progress photos and I have not taken any since completion. It is a double lot with a lot of off street parking. It is currently a two bedroom but could be made into a three bedroom for the right terms. We do not accept section 8 housing or pets. We charge a $50.00 application fee for each individual who is above 18 years of age that lives at the property. This $50 is returned to you if you qualify. We perform a credit check, employment verification, criminal and civil records check, and sexual offender check. Service animals accepted with verification and after review by our attorney. We will show the property only after we have discussion on the telephone to verify the likelihood of us being a good match to each other. Thank you! Renter is responsible for their own utilities. We charge a one month damage deposit and a one month security deposit.
