Our home is very conveniently located in town only about a quarter mile from Wal Mart on Albert Pike. We made many updates since owning it: new roof, new furnace, new water heater, new appliances in the kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new floors in various rooms, etc. Also, one room could be used for either an extra bedroom or formal dining. We used it for each at various points in time.
