Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms each with a huge closet. There is a den/play area on the landing. Also, upstairs is a full bathroom. The stars of the property are the enormous, screened porch along the entire width of the house, a deck with BBQ with propane hook-up, covered boat storage, a private concrete boat launch and even a small dock. The huge screened back porch has 2 hookups for gas heaters, and the gas BBQ. Brackets on the screened porch will hold your kayaks. Routine yard maintenance and monthly pest control are included. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is required for each applicant signing the lease. All proposed occupants 18+ are required to pass a background check ($17 non-refundable application fee per additional occupant). Renter's Insurance is required. Must be at least 21 to apply.
