There are unfortunately no washer and dryer hook ups for this apartment, but there are plenty of full service and self-serve laundry stores nearby. There is one pretty bedroom, a good-sized living room and the aforementioned tower room which might make a great home office space. The apartment has pretty good closet space. The bathroom is spacious and features a claw foot tub. The building has great tenants, is peaceful and drama free. That is the way it must stay. There is plenty of parking for one vehicle in the large lot on Arnold Place. The building and premises are entirely non-smoking. The heat is provided by a natural gas wall heater.
