Looking for a roommate! 10 minutes from downtown, my boyfriend and I are in a 3 bed 2 bath house for rent that is $2,400/month plus utilities which are not included. Split 3 ways would be $800 per person. Washer and dryer included, and there is a cat in the home. We are looking for an October 1st move in date. We are people of color and do not welcome any hatred into our home! We are looking for someone that is like minded We enjoy cooking (as my boyfriend is a cook, and we are both in the service industry), taking care of our plants, the alternative/edm/punk scene, and gaming. Large, private, and fenced-in backyard with parking inside the gate. In-ground fire pit, shed for storage, and attic in spare room. Front yard and porch also fenced in. The second bedroom is currently being used as a music/entertainment space as I am a musician with a drumset.
