Qualifications are: credit score of around 600 or better, NO EVICTIONS in the past 5 years, clean background check, and income of around 3 times the rent or better. You may submit the application through zillow if you so choose. You will be required to provide a good phone number to confirm that you are actually going to show up if you make an appointment. You must fill out the background and credit check here on Zillow before I show the property. The fee goes to Zillow, and is good for any property listed for approximately 30 days. There is no point in be driving all the way across town to show the property to people who are not qualified. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance.
