New "mini-splits" heat pumps for cooling and heating. Also supplemental electric baseboard heat for the winter (though Niantic rarely gets cold enough to require their use). Screened windows for nice days. Two large flatscreen smart TVs. Bring your own streaming account. One TV uses Roku; the other is a smart TV with its own apps. 4 small private beaches within short walking distance. 10 minute drive to town (Niantic) and local shops, food, ice cream, and attractions such as Main Street, Niantic Boardwalk, larger beaches, McCook Point Beach and Park. Plenty of parking is available in town, but some lots charge a fee. Easy commute to EB, USCGA, Sub base, Old Saybrook, Mystic, and all of southeastern Connecticut. Rents on a weekly basis.
