The village of Three Oaks has on-street parking restrictions in place for 25 AM. It is recommended that all guests park in the driveway area. Please show respect to the neighbors by limiting outside noise after 10 PM and do not play amplified music outside of the home at any time. The village has strict rules regarding outdoor fires; please keep the screen tightly fitted over the top of the firepit. Do not host additional friends or have any kind of party without prior permission. The property is absolutely non-smoking on the inside, and smoking is not allowed in the outdoor buildings.
