Why does our property cost more than others, we pay all utilities and internet, we are fully furnished and include everything you need in a corporate housing unit. Month to month leases, most our renter stay 3-12 months. There is a one time $300 move in fee. We don't do tours until the application is completed and qualified. We can rent for month to month assist in a seasonal or relocation.
