Great starter home for first time home buyer with new family. When family gets older, can easily add on to home either out the back or over garage as done in same model in neighborhood. Neighborhood Description We are the original owners, there are a few of us left. Most of the others are only second or third generation owners. Good mix of home styles, age groups. Has always been a lovely place to live and either raise a family or retire in. The woods behind the homes make it the most peaceful, attractive, secluded feeling place, like you're miles from everywhere. Our yard is filled with hummingbirds, among many others. One of my favorite memories is sitting in the yard in the mornings drinking my coffee, watching the birds go from flower to flower.
