Canal front beach house in Nokomis! This property is complete with screened in heated saltwater pool, lanai, dock, and large back yard! It is located 2 miles from Nokomis beach and 12 miles from Siesta Key beach. There are numerous additional attractions nearby including Pops Sunset Grill, Pelican Alley, Casey Key Fish House, watercraft rental, Legacy trail, and more. Relax on the lanai and enjoy the large saltwater pool, or sit on the dock and view a wide variety of tropical wildlife. Fish love to jump in the evenings, toss in a line and see what you get! For the experienced adventurers, paddle the kayak out and go dolphin spotting. Dolphins love to play around the mangroves during our beautiful Florida sunsets. Venture out to Nokomis beach and catch the unique drum circle on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Play community volleyball almost every day, events found on the MeetUp application. Utilities are included in the rental price. The thermostat is located in the main unit and always set at 72 degrees. It would be my strong preference to not lower much further as this costs extra in the electricity, and there is additional wear on the system. Also the pool heater can be turned on if wanted. I like to keep that at around 80 degrees, but can increase to 84 from time to time. This is negotiable. Rent is paid at beginning of month, and last months rent is due at the start of the first month. The $1000 deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. The $500 pet deposit is nonrefundable, this helps to replace or repair any typical pet related damages.
